By confirming your booking, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
1. Booking and Payment
- Reservation Process: All bookings must be made through our official booking channels (website, phone, email, or in person). Availability is confirmed at the time of booking.
- Payment: A deposit or full payment (depending on the tour package) is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation
- Payment Methods: We accept payment via credit/debit card, bank transfer, or other payment methods as stated on our booking platform.
- Booking Confirmation: Once payment is received, you will receive a booking confirmation via email. It is your responsibility to check that all details (dates, tour type, number of participants) are correct. Please notify us of any discrepancies as soon as possible.
2. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellation by Guests:
- Deposit Payment is not refundable
- Cancellations made within 14 days of the tour date or no-shows: No refund will be provided.
- Cancellation by the Travel Agency: We reserve the right to cancel or modify the tour in case of unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions, safety concerns, or insufficient participants. In such cases, guests will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.
3. Changes to Booking
- Guest Amendments: Any changes to your booking (e.g., number of participants, tour date, or tour package) must be requested at least 7 days before the scheduled tour. Changes within 7 days of the tour may not be accommodated or may incur additional fees.
- Agency Amendments: We strive to provide the exact tour as described, but in rare cases, itineraries may need to be adjusted for safety, weather, or operational reasons. We will inform you of any significant changes as soon as possible.
4. Inclusions and Exclusions
- Inclusions: All services and items specified in the tour itinerary are included in the price (e.g., transportation, guided services, meals, and entrance fees). Specific inclusions vary by tour and are clearly stated at the time of booking.
- Exclusions: Unless explicitly stated, the following are not included:
- Personal expenses (e.g., souvenirs, tips, and additional food/drinks)
- Travel insurance
- Optional activities outside the standard itinerary
5. Health, Safety, and Insurance
- Health Requirements: Guests are responsible for assessing their physical fitness to participate in the tour. If you have any medical conditions or special needs, please inform us at the time of booking. Some tours may require a higher level of physical activity (e.g., hiking, swimming).
- Safety: Guests are expected to follow safety instructions provided by our guides during the tour. The travel agency is not liable for any accidents or injuries caused by a guest’s failure to follow instructions or take reasonable care.
- Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend that all guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers medical emergencies, cancellations, and personal belongings. The travel agency is not liable for any costs or damages arising from travel disruptions or unforeseen events.
6. Force Majeure
- The travel agency will not be responsible for any failure to perform or delays due to unforeseen events outside our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, pandemics, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule or offer an alternative solution.
7. Tour Schedules
- Timeliness: Guests are required to arrive on time for scheduled departures. Delays caused by late arrivals may result in shortened tour durations, and the agency will not be held responsible for missed portions of the tour.
- Pick-Up and Drop-Off: For tours that include pick-up and drop-off services, please be ready at the agreed-upon location at least 15 minutes before the scheduled time. Failure to be present may result in missed transportation and will be considered a cancellation by the guest.
8. Guest Conduct
- Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards other participants, guides, and local communities. The travel agency reserves the right to remove any guest from the tour if their behavior is deemed disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate, without any refund.
9. Complaints and Disputes
- We are committed to providing an exceptional experience, but if you encounter any issues during the tour, please notify your guide immediately, or contact our customer service within 24 hours after the tour. We will do our best to resolve any concerns promptly.
- Any disputes or claims related to the tour will be handled in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, and by booking a tour, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of its courts.
10. Personal Data
- By booking a tour with us, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information for the purposes of booking, providing, and managing the tour. We do not share your information with third parties unless required for the operation of the tour.
